Frequently asked questions
Can I pay for car service in monthly instalments in Dubai?
Yes. MySyara accepts 0% interest instalment plans for any car service or car repair in Dubai. You can split your bill via Tabby, Tamara, Yusr PayLater, or convert it to a credit-card Easy Payment Plan with Emirates NBD, Mashreq, FAB, RAK Bank, ADCB or HSBC.
Does MySyara accept Tabby and Tamara for car repairs?
Yes. Both Tabby and Tamara are supported at online checkout and via a payment link from your advisor. Tabby splits your car repair bill into 4 interest-free payments (extended up to 12 months for eligible customers). Tamara offers 2, 3 or 4 split payments and is 100% Sharia-compliant.
How does the 0% Easy Payment Plan (EPP) work for car service?
Pay your MySyara bill with a supported credit card (minimum AED 1,000). Within the window specified by your bank, the transaction is converted to equal monthly instalments at 0% interest — 3, 6, 9 or 12 months depending on the bank. Some banks activate automatically; others require a quick call or app tap after payment.
Is Yusr PayLater available in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman?
What's the minimum bill for an instalment plan?
Tabby and Tamara have no fixed minimum (subject to their approval). Credit-card EPP via Urban Ledger requires a minimum transaction of AED 1,000. ADCB Direct EPP and Yusr PayLater are designed for larger service bills — ask your MySyara advisor for the right option for your invoice.
Does a payment plan cost extra?
All plans are 0% interest. Tabby, Tamara and ADCB Direct add no fees from MySyara. Urban Ledger bank EIP may include a small bank processing fee (from FREE up to AED 49, or a % of the amount, depending on the bank). Yusr PayLater adds a transparent 5% service fee. MySyara adds nothing on top.

Important terms
- Eligibility & approval: Every option — Tabby, Tamara, Yusr PayLater, and bank EIP/EPP — is subject to the provider's own credit check, risk assessment and spending limit. Approval, plan duration and limit vary by customer.
- Refunds & cancellation: BNPL schedules (Tabby, Tamara, Yusr) adjust automatically when MySyara issues a service refund. Bank EIP/EPP plans generally cannot be reversed once activated — any service refund follows MySyara's standard refund policy while the instalments continue on your card.
- Bank EIP/EPP — credit limit blocked: For credit-card instalments (Urban Ledger EIP or ADCB Direct EPP), the full transaction amount stays blocked on your card's credit limit for the plan duration.
- Bank EIP/EPP — early settlement charges: ADCB — AED 210 incl. VAT; RAK Bank & HSBC — 1% of the remaining balance. Other banks typically have no early settlement fee.
- Bank EIP/EPP — if your card is cancelled: Any remaining instalments become immediately due on your card account.
- Urban Ledger EIP minimum: Requires a minimum transaction of AED 1,000 via the Urban Ledger payment link.
- Urban Ledger EIP conversion window: Must be requested at least 2 days after the transaction settles and completed at least 4 days before your credit card statement date.
- Yusr service fee: A 5% service fee applies to Yusr PayLater plans, per Yusr's terms.
- Provider decisions: MySyara is not responsible for approval decisions made by banks or finance providers.
- MySyara terms and conditions apply — see our terms & conditions for full details.
