Open the MySyara app or book on the website. Pick your location, the wash type and a time. Slots run every day; same-day is usually open if you book in the morning.

Park accessibly
Park the car in private or residential parking the team can reach, your villa drive, a resident parking bay or building visitor parking. Washing is not allowed in public paid parking areas (e.g. RTA, Parkonic). In a tower, add your floor and bay number in the booking note. Between 11am and 4pm in the summer, please pick a shaded spot where you can, it keeps the wash team comfortable in the heat.

Fixed prices, no surprises
Sedan pricing covers hatchbacks, saloons and crossovers; SUV pricing applies to 7-seaters and larger SUVs. No travel or set-up fees within served Dubai areas. Add-ons stack onto the exterior wash. If the car is unusually dirty (after a sandstorm or off-roading), add the XDirty surcharge so the team brings extra material and time.

You book a slot through the MySyara app or website, and a wash team arrives at your address at the chosen time, villa driveway, building parking or office parking bay. The wash is waterless and eco-friendly, and the team brings their own shampoo, microfibre kit and supplies.
The wash is completely waterless. The team uses a spray product that lifts dust and dirt off the paint while leaving a light protective coating as it cleans, so no tap or hose is needed at your address. It saves millions of litres of water year on year compared with a traditional hose wash.
An exterior wash is AED 40 for a sedan and AED 45 for an SUV. Adding an interior clean is AED 25 more on a sedan and AED 30 more on an SUV. There are no hidden travel or set-up fees on a doorstep wash within the served Dubai areas.
Doorstep car wash is now live in Abu Dhabi as well as Dubai. The monthly wash subscription still runs in Dubai only for now; Sharjah and Ajman are planned but not live yet.
Once a week is the sensible cadence through the hot months, Dubai's combination of fine sand, kerbside dust and humid coastal air builds up on paint and glass fast. Fortnightly works in cooler months for cars that mostly live in a covered parking bay.

When a wash subscription makes sense
If you want a regular clean without rebooking each time, the monthly wash subscription is usually the right move. You pick one, two or three doorstep washes a week and pay for the month in one go, at a lower per-wash rate than booking on-demand, with your slots held in the calendar so the team just turns up. Start with an on-demand wash if you want to feel the service first.
What a doorstep wash is not
A doorstep waterless wash keeps the paint clean and protected, and a few express finish add-ons ride along at the doorstep too: a Quick Shine gloss, a WaxWhiz wax, an Insta Ceramix spray ceramic or an engine-bay detail. What it isn’t is a full detailing job. Paint correction, deep interior stain removal, machine polishing and clay-bar work belong at a workshop with proper lighting and a controlled bay, not out in the open in 42°C. It’s also not a mechanical service: a doorstep mechanic (a different team) handles battery, oil change, brake pads and AC gas top-up. If you want the heavier work, book it separately in the same app.
