Oversee daily workshop bay operations, staff and job flow to keep every car moving on schedule.

The Floor Supervisor runs the day-to-day of a MySyara workshop bay — assigning jobs to mechanics and technicians, tracking progress against promised delivery times, and stepping in when a job needs an extra pair of hands or a decision.

Responsibilities

Plan and assign daily jobs across mechanics, electricians and technicians based on bay capacity and priority
Track every vehicle's status from check-in to delivery and flag delays before they happen
Do a final quality check on completed jobs before handover to the customer/valet
Coordinate with the parts team to make sure the right parts are on hand for scheduled jobs
Enforce workshop safety standards and housekeeping
Handle escalations from technicians and communicate delays or issues to the console/ops team

Requirements

Valid 4-wheeler driving license
2+ years of experience in an automotive workshop, ideally in a lead/supervisory role
Strong understanding of general vehicle servicing and repair workflows
Comfortable using a tablet/app to manage job status
Good communication and people-management skills
