Riders keep MySyara's doorstep operations moving — ferrying spare parts, tools, documents and small deliveries between the workshop, technicians in the field and customers, across Dubai on a company 2-wheeler.
Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver spare parts, tools and documents between the workshop and field technicians
- Support doorstep technicians who need an urgent part or replacement item mid-job
- Confirm every pickup/delivery in the MySyara app with timestamps and photos where required
- Maintain the assigned 2-wheeler and report any maintenance issues promptly
- Follow assigned routes and traffic/safety rules at all times
Requirements
- Valid 2-wheeler driving license
- Good knowledge of Dubai roads and areas
- Reliable, punctual and comfortable riding through the day
- Basic smartphone use for the rider app
- Prior delivery/riding experience preferred
